• Country of purchase & country of delivery

The country of delivery should always match the country of purchase.

 

  • Delivery times

Mainland Portugal: between 2 and 3 working days. Delivery to the desired address is ensured by CTT between 9:00am and the 6:00 pm.

Azores and Madeira: up to 5 working days. Delivery to the desired address is ensured by CTT.

Mainland Spain - between 3 and 4 working days. Delivery to the desired address is ensured by CTT.

Other countries of the European Union: between 2 and 6 working days - Delivery to the desired address is ensured by Chronopost.

  • Home delivery

We can only the delivery of an order if the shipping address is a home or office located in one of the countries mentioned available in the Delivery menu.

To receive your parcel you must make sure someone is at the address of delivery. This service does not include a scheduling option, whereby the delivery of the order will be carried out without prior contact form the carrier. We do not guarantee these timings during promotions, sales, Outlets, Christmas and stock outs.

A delivery is considered to have been made or a product is considered to have been delivered once the delivery is signed upon receipt at the indicated address.

 

  • Delivery times

If you confirm your order on a business day, by 12pm and pay for it, it will be shipped on the following business day (weekends and holidays are not considered business days).

MMI shall not be liable for non-compliance or delay in the fulfilment of any obligation that is due to an event of force majeure - that includes any event, act or omission outside MMI’s reasonable control).

We will try to deliver on schedule, to the extent that is commercially reasonable. We always proceed in this way. However, we cannot guarantee a timely delivery.

 

  • Inspection upon delivery

Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the packaging in order to check for any damage. If the products are damaged, the customer should not accept the delivery of the order, which will be returned. MMI shall refund the amounts paid for the order and shipping, as soon as the warehouse receives and completes the process of return. Any complaints regarding the non-receipt of orders must be made within 30 days from the date the order is placed. Upon expiry of this deadline, MMI cannot be responsible for its misplacement.

 

  • Billing address & delivery address

Delivery address may not be the billing address. You can choose to receive your order at the office but keep the address of your home as your billing address and vice versa. To do this, you must indicate in the 3rd step of the checkout where you want to receive your order.

 

  • Country of purchase & country of delivery

The country of delivery must always match the country of purchase.

  • Value of Shipping

Shipping rates are applied by order. The exact price of each shipment depends on the country of delivery. Below you will find information on the cost of shipping and delivery times for different countries. The deliveries and collections in Portugal and Spain are operated by CTT and in the other countries of the European Union by Chronopost.

To exchange an item you should return the item and then make a new purchase. Items purchased online may not be exchange at MMI shops.


The Customer is entitled to a refund if the products delivered are defective or do not match the order. The return can be made up to 30 days from the date of receiving the item(s), always bearing the identification tag.

MMI will proceed to an analysis of the returned product and inform the user of the right to the corresponding refund (if applicable), within a maximum of 15 working days. If your complaint is justified, the value of the item and the shipping costs will be refunded.

The refund of the amount you paid can be done the same way as the initial payment was made or through a voucher for later use in MMI online.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you ordered you can return them within 15 days after receiving them, as long as:
- The product maintains its original feature;
- The product is complete (e.g. both items of a pair must be returned);
- The product bears its original tag

You cannot return:

- Products that have been tampered with.


You cannot return or exchange one or more items that have been offered to you. In this case, to exchange it or/and ask for a refund for it, you must contact the person who bought it so that (s) he may return or exchange it according to the conditions described on Return of products due to change of heart.

Returns are accepted as long as they are made within 15 days after receiving the product(s) and as long as they are in the same state as when they were purchased, and bear the original tag.

When returning the order, you can choose to:

- Request a refund of the previously paid sum

- Request the sending of a pre-paid MMI voucher

In either case, all requests for refund must be made by post to the address: Rua José Pereira, no. 10, Urb. Quinta do Segulim, 1685-635 Famões, with an indication of the item reference and the reason for their return. 

We recommend Customers to log into their Customer Area on the site and indicate the desire to return an item, mentioning also the reasons for it.

The shipping costs of a return are borne by the Customer.

The refund of the amount paid will be made within 14 working days, without any cost to the Customer.

  • Cancellation of an order before it is shipped

The Customer can cancel the order, provided it has not yet been shipped. If you place an order and want to cancel it you must first check the status of the order on the My Order menu, located on the upper right-hand corner of the main page of the site. If the status of the order indicates "Registered" there is a possibility that it can still be cancelled. However, the Customer should contact our Customer Service and ask for the cancellation of the order. Only after this procedure can the Customer Service Department ask the warehouse to cancel the order. If the cancellation request is successful, the Customer will be notified by email of this decision and the cancellation will be processed at no charge to the Customer. If the request for cancellation is not possible, the products will be sent to the Customer who - should (s)he maintain his/her intention to cancel the order - should refuse to receive it. The products will then be returned and, after their receipt, their refund will be processed.
